Siphonic Rainwater Drainage System

Fewer pipes for better performance

Global sharing of cutting-edge quality

Yestrut siphonic roof rainwater drainage system has been leading the global roofing rainwater drainage system standard for the past ten years.

Reasons for choosing Yestrut siphonic roof rainwater drainage system:

  • Excellent drainage performance with fewer rain buckets

  • Fewer risers for greater design flexibility

  • No slope required, pipelines are arranged horizontally to maximize space utilization

Carefully crafted workmanship and excellent system components, Geberit, as your competent partner, ensures that the system is durable, safe and reliable.

The new upgrade

Operational improvements

  • Compared with the previous rain bucket, the new model has a more compact structure and a more user-friendly design

  • New swivel lock for easy installation and maintenance

  • Extra long Geberit HDPE tailpipes for thicker insulation

Simpler design and calculations

  • Yestrut software cooperates with Autodesk® Revit® plug-in for hydraulic calculation

  • Completely available BIM data

Tool overview

  • The rainwater bucket and pipeline are arranged flexibly.

  • The system can take multiple rain buckets, the number is not limited.

  • The number of risers is reduced, the diameter of the pipes is reduced, the number of outdoor inspection wells is correspondingly reduced, and the ground excavation is reduced.

  • The amount of system engineering is reduced, the pressure-bearing pipeline is used, and the system life is more than 50 years.

  • The rainwater flows in the pipeline at high speed and full, which can realize the self-cleaning function.

  • The suspension pipe is installed without slope, which is conducive to the full utilization of the building space.

The fastener system is developed for the special installation requirements of HDPE pipes used in siphon systems. The suspension pipe of the siphonic roof rainwater drainage system is in a negative pressure state. In order to avoid air leakage in the system, the system does not have expansion joints. Yestrut uses "fixed installation" to limit the expansion and contraction of the pipe, and the axial stress caused by the temperature change of the HDPE pipe is directly It is transferred to the square steel pipe installed in parallel through the fixed point of the fixed pipe clamp. Through practical experience in stormwater drainage system, the maximum working temperature difference of fixed system can reach 50 ℃.
High-density polyethylene pipe is made of polyethylene as the main raw material, adding a small amount of antioxidants, anti-ultraviolet absorbers and pigments. As the most commonly used pipe for siphon roof rainwater drainage system, it has the characteristics of light weight, easy transportation and construction, and good sealing performance. The pipes and fittings conform to the standard: "High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes and Fittings for Building Drainage" CJT250-2007.
