In 2001, the State Council approved the "Plan for the Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in the Capital in the Early 21st Century", which included the planning of rainwater utilization, which promoted Beijing's urban rainwater resource utilization to be at the forefront of the country.

Collect rainwater and use it for land infiltration to supplement groundwater, urban greening, road flushing, firefighting, car washing, toilet flushing, laundry and other living purposes after simple treatment, which can not only reduce the risk of urban rainwater and flood, and reduce urban drainage. and river flooding pressure, and can alleviate the crisis of urban water shortage.

In order to alleviate urban waterlogging and build a green city, President Xi proposed to build a sponge city, and various regions in China have also introduced relevant policies to promote the construction of sponge cities.

With the confirmation of the two rounds of sponge city pilots in 2015 and 2016, the construction of sponge cities has ushered in a wave of upsurge, and the frequent occurrence of waterlogging crises will also give rise to urgent needs for the construction of sponge cities. The policies and pilot projects continue to exceed expectations, reflecting the firm attitude at the national level. It is expected that a wave of investment boom in sponge cities will break out.

The water outlet is integrated with an ultraviolet sterilizer; the sterilizer uses a high-efficiency UV-C (LL or LH) ultraviolet lamp, and selects a high transmittance, high-purity quartz sleeve to ensure that the ultraviolet transmittance is above 90%.

It is a rainwater pretreatment device, which mainly separates the sediment and other sundries in the rainwater by swirling flow. The purification process is all water-heavy and requires no external force. Generally, it can be applied to the small municipal administration before entering the large municipal administration, the end of the pipe network or the front end of the reservoir. The later maintenance is simple and the cost is low.
